Notably, when customers deposit money online, they receive preferential interest rates compared to the interest rates listed at the transaction counter. Accordingly, for individual customers depositing for 1 and 2 months, BIDV lists interest rates at 2.3%/year. For 3-5 month terms, BIDV lists interest rates at 2.6%/year.
