On August 21, the Can Tho City Employment Service Center (DVVL) organized the online job transaction session for the third quarter of 2026.
This is an annual activity, aimed at strengthening coordination between DVVL Centers in the region and neighboring provinces and cities. Thereby, supporting businesses to connect and recruit suitable human resources, promptly meeting labor needs to serve production, business and sustainable development.

The entire transaction session had 183 units participating in recruitment with more than 38,000 vacant job positions to be recruited.
The occupations currently needing labor are quite diverse in occupations and positions such as sales staff, cashiers, accountants, marketing, graphic designers, warehouse keeper, office workers, Korean teachers, electrical maintenance, construction engineers, mechanics, biosafety, doctors, receptionists, livestock workers, seafood processing workers, production workers, machine operators, general laborers.....

Coming to the event, workers, students, and pupils have the opportunity to learn about career opportunities and jobs at home and abroad; participate in direct interviews with employers.
In addition, workers when coming to participate directly at the Center will be consulted on job search skills, application preparation skills, writing C.V, skills to build an image in front of recruiters, interview skills; participate in a guidance session with the theme "Job Search Skills in 4.0".
The trading session attracted a large number of workers, students in neighboring provinces and cities such as An Giang, Ca Mau, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long to participate.

Within the framework of this online job transaction session, a workshop was also held to introduce programs to send workers to work in the nursing and caregiving industry in the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan, co-organized by the City Employment Service Center and the Overseas Labor Center (under the Ministry of Home Affairs).
