From the 2021-2022 school year to the 2023-2024 school year, Ha Long City has 123 teachers performing their duties according to the teacher rotation regulations. In the 2024-2025 school year, schools in the city's service areas have 133 teachers and staff who have enough time to work on duty and are eligible to transfer to favorable areas.
Among them, there are 64 teachers and staff who have not applied for transfer to favorable areas; 69 teachers and staff who applied to be transferred to favorable areas were reviewed by the city and arranged to return to work at schools in favorable areas according to their wishes.
In order to promptly arrange and arrange teachers to prepare for the new school year for highland schools, Ha Long has reviewed and decided to rotate 65 teachers to perform their duties. 100% of teachers assigned to rotate for the 2024-2025 school year have volunteered to apply for rotation.
