Trainees were directly taught by lecturers from BHL Group International Joint Stock Company about policies and laws on occupational safety and hygiene; occupational safety and hygiene work; assignment of responsibilities and authority on occupational safety and hygiene; basic knowledge about dangerous and harmful factors, preventive measures, improvement of working conditions; safety culture in production and business. In particular, during the training process, the class also focused on in-depth research on issues related to occupational accidents, investigation of occupational accidents and the responsibilities of employers when occupational accidents and occupational diseases occur.
