    Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV organized a conference to honor outstanding collectives and individuals on the occasion of the 88th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Tradition Day - Coal Industry Tradition November 12 (1936 - 2024).

    In 2024, the Company faced many difficulties and challenges such as increasingly deep and remote production conditions, high mine pressure, extreme and unpredictable weather conditions, especially the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi) which caused very serious consequences... However, thanks to the solidarity and great efforts of all employees, in the first 10 months of 2024, the Company produced over 1.6 million tons of coal; dug 12,355m of tunnel; consumed over 1.7 million tons of coal. Workers' lives are guaranteed, with enough jobs, and the average salary in 2024 is expected to reach 19.5 million VND/person/month...
