Quang Hanh Coal organizes periodic dialogues with workers

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Director of the Company and Chairman of the Company's Trade Union Nguyen Van Long chaired the conference. With the spirit of democracy, openness and win-win, the Company's Board of Directors responded to the opinions and recommendations of the employees that were compiled and forwarded by the Trade Union. The representative of the employer also requested the specialized departments/units to study and thoroughly respond to the recommendations of the employees, focusing on the following contents: improving working conditions; strengthening management, propaganda, and training of technical safety measures; improving the organization of the activities of the food safety network. After more than 3 hours of dialogue, the two sides reached a high level of agreement on the proposed work contents. After the conference, the Company will continue to receive and respond to employees' opinions, with the goal of regularly paying attention to policies and improving working conditions for employees, strengthening solidarity and attachment between employers and employees to build the Company to develop more and more sustainably.
