Thien Loc Commune People's Committee said that the local government is implementing a plan to enforce the Decision on sanctioning administrative violations for 22 cases of violations of land law in the fields of Tren 1, Tren 2 and Ai area, Dai Do village, Thien Loc commune, Hanoi City.
The location of the violating works is in the fields of Ai, 5 Tan and Dong Tren areas, Dai Do village, which are agricultural land assigned to households for management and use; households have arbitrarily changed land use purposes, built houses, boarding houses, shops, warehouses... with an area of about 2,621.74m2.
According to the deployed plan, the goal of the coercion is to strictly handle violations of the law on land and construction order; force violating cases to restore the original state of land before violation; and at the same time create a clean land fund to implement infrastructure projects according to the approved land use plan and plan.
The plan requires that the coercion organization process must ensure the correct order and procedures according to the provisions of law, implement resolutely and thoroughly, maintain security and order, and absolute safety for participating forces and people.
To ensure that the coercion organization takes place synchronously and effectively, the Commune People's Committee has assigned specific tasks to each agency and unit, requiring forces to seriously perform assigned tasks, proactively coordinate closely, prepare sufficient forces, vehicles and necessary conditions, ensuring that the coercion organization process is in accordance with the law, safe and effective.
According to the plan, the enforcement is expected to be carried out in 2 days (August 6 and 7, 2026) until the enforcement is completed.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Thien Loc Commune People's Committee requested agencies and units assigned tasks to urgently complete the conditions according to the assigned plan; strengthen coordination, prepare sufficient forces, vehicles and necessary conditions to organize and implement according to the plan.
The implementation process must ensure compliance with the provisions of law, maintain security and order, and absolute safety for people and vehicles participating.
At the same time, promote propaganda and mobilization to make households consciously comply, minimize the need to apply coercive measures, contributing to improving the efficiency of state management of land and ensuring the progress of project implementation in the commune.
