Subjects supported for house repair in 2025

Article 2 of Decision No. 21/2024/QD-TTg on the level of support for new construction or renovation and repair of houses for people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of martyrs and the ratio of allocation of support capital from the central budget, the ratio of counterpart capital support from the local budget for the period 2023 - 2025 (effective from January 9, 2025) stipulates the subjects of application as follows:

The subjects of application according to the provisions of this Decision include:

1. Households as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 99 of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP currently living and having permanent residence in houses that are temporary houses or houses that are severely damaged (including households that have been supported under other previous policies, except for households that have been supported under Decision No. 22/2013/QD-TTg dated April 26, 2013 of the Prime Minister on supporting people with revolutionary contributions to housing).

2. Relevant agencies, organizations and individuals.

Clause 1, Article 99 of Decree No. 131/2021/ND-CP detailing and measures to implement the preferential order for people with revolutionary contributions stipulates the support subjects as follows:

The subjects receiving support for housing improvement are the subjects specified in Points a, b, d, dd, e, g, h, i, k, l, m in Clause 1, Article 3 of the Ordinance and relatives of martyrs.

Clause 1, Article 3 of the Ordinance on preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions stipulates the subjects entitled to preferential treatment for people with revolutionary contributions as follows:

1. People with revolutionary contributions include:

a) Revolutionary activists before January 1, 1945;

b) Revolutionary activists from January 1, 1945 to the August 1945 uprising;

c) Martyrs;

d) Vietnamese Heroic Mothers;

d) Hero of the People's Armed Forces;

e) Hero of Labor during the resistance war;

g) War invalids, including type B war invalids recognized before December 31, 1993; people enjoying the same policy as war invalids;

h) War invalids;

i) Resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals;

k) Revolutionary, resistance, national defense, and international service workers who were imprisoned or sold by the enemy;

l) People working in the resistance war to liberate the nation, protect the Fatherland, and fulfill international duties;

m) People with revolutionary contributions.

Thus, the subjects are supported to repair houses in 2025 according to the above regulations.
