Article 7 of Decree 57/2026/ND-CP stipulates the form of equitization as follows:

1. Maintain existing state capital at enterprises, issue additional shares to increase charter capital.

2. Sell a part of existing state capital at the enterprise or combine both selling a part of state capital and issuing additional shares to increase charter capital.

3. Sell all existing state capital at the enterprise or combine both selling all state capital and issuing additional shares to increase charter capital.

Thus, from February 13, 2026, the forms of enterprise equitization are regulated as above.
