1. Medicine, Traditional Medicine:
- Academic conditions: Academic performance for the whole year of grade 12 is ranked from excellent or higher and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to combinations is from 20.00 points or higher (or high school graduation consideration score from 8.50 or higher).
- ĐGNL score condition: Achieving from 700/1. 200 points (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), or 90/150 points (Vietnam National University Hanoi), or 20/30 points (Hanoi National University of Education)
2. Pharmacy:
- Academic conditions: Academic performance for the whole year of grade 12 is ranked from excellent or higher and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to combinations is from 20.00 points or higher (or high school graduation consideration score from 8.50 or higher).
- ĐGNL score condition: Achieving from 600/1. 200 points (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), or 80/150 points (Vietnam National University Hanoi), or 18/30 points (Hanoi National University of Education).
3. Preventive Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology majors:
- Academic conditions: Academic performance for the whole year of grade 12 is ranked from Fair or higher and the total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects is from 16.50 points or higher (or the high school graduation consideration score is from 6.50 or higher).
- ĐGNL score condition: Achieving from 500/1. 200 points (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City), or 60/150 points (Vietnam National University, Hanoi), or 16.5/30 points (Hanoi National University of Education).
4. Public Health sector:
- High school exam score conditions: Total score of 03 high school graduation exam subjects according to combinations reaches at least 15.00 points (applied to candidates taking the graduation exam from 2026).
- ĐGNL score condition: Achieving from 500/1. 200 points (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), or 60/150 points (Vietnam National University Hanoi), or 15/30 points (Hanoi National University of Education).
For Medicine and Traditional Medicine majors: Candidates are only eligible for admission when they have a score of 6.5 or higher in Biology and 6.0 or higher for Preventive Medicine in the high school program (at least 12th grade).
For Pharmacy major: Candidates are only eligible for admission when they have a Chemistry score of 6.5 or higher in the high school program (at least 12th grade).
