To date, many universities have announced their expected enrollment plans for 2026, which apply the form of admission based on high school transcripts and offer a floor score for receiving applications from candidates.
At Hai Duong Medical Technical University, the school applies the form of considering high school transcript scores for admission for training majors. In which:
The admission score (ĐXT) is calculated from the total Average score of 3 subjects in the combination (Block B00: Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology; Block A00: Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics; Block D07: Mathematics, Chemistry, English; Block B08/D08: Mathematics, Biology, English) in 06 semesters of grades 10, 11, 12 with 18 points according to the admission subject combination and bonus points, priority points (if any).
Admission score = (2 × Point A + Point B + Point C) × 3/4 + ƯT + KK
Score A: Overall average score of high school (06 semesters of grades 10, 11, 12 of Mathematics).
Score B: Overall average score of high school (06 semesters of grades 10, 11, 12 of the 2nd subject in the admission combination).
Score C: Overall average score of high school (06 semesters of grades 10, 11, 12 of the 3rd subject in the admission combination).
Priority points (if any).
Encouraging bonus points (if any).
The admission score will be converted to be equivalent to the 2026 high school graduation exam score.
The rules for converting points equivalent to the entrance threshold and admission scores of the methods will be announced by the School after the Ministry of Education and Training announces the entrance thresholds for majors in the health sector.

Meanwhile, the entrance threshold for the high school transcript-based admission method of Nong Lam University - Thai Nguyen University in 2026 is as follows:
Based on Circular 06/2026/TT-BGDĐT, the input quality assurance threshold applicable to training programs and admission methods are specified as follows:
- For candidates taking the high school graduation exam (or vocational high school) from 2026: The total score of 03 exam subjects according to the admission combination (or using the scores of Math, Literature and another exam subject) must reach at least 15.00 points on a 30-point scale.
- For high school graduates before 2026: Based on quality assurance requirements, the School will determine and announce specific entrance thresholds before the deadline for registration.
- The minimum score of 15.00 points is not applied to candidates who are specially considered for high school graduation and candidates who are considered for direct admission according to Article 8 of the Enrollment Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

For Da Nang University of Architecture, the conditions for receiving applications for admission consideration for candidates using high school academic results recorded in the report card or Combining high school academic results and aptitude test scores are as follows:
