- Pursuant to Decree7/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Prime Minister regulating the mechanism for collecting and managing tuition fees for educational institutions in the national education system and policies on tuition exemption and reduction, support for learning costs; service prices in the field of education and training.
- The undergraduate training program according to the project of the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi includes the following programs: English Language, French Language, Chinese Language, German Language, Japanese Language, Korean Language, training budget: 38 million VND/student/year.
- Russian and Russian Language training programs: 21 million VND/student/year.
- cross-national training program in Culture and Communications, Vietnamese and Vietnamese Culture: 16.9 million VND/student/year.
- International linkage program in Economics - Finance (as granted by Southern New Hampshire - USA) training costs: expected 65 million VND/student/year (official tuition fee is calculated in the US dollar exchange rate at the time of tuition collection).
In 2025, the University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi will enroll students in the following ways:
- Direct admission according to the provisions of the Admission Regulations (Article 8).
- Considering the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam.
- Combine the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam with an international certificate.
- Considering the results of the Hanoi National University's Competency Assessment Exam.
- Combine high school academic results with foreign language certificates or interviews.
