3 officials disciplined in the case of supervisors assisting candidates in taking the exam
The 2026 high school graduation exam in Quang Ninh province is held from June 10 to 12 according to the High School Graduation Examination Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
After the end of the exam supervision work, information appeared on social networks reflecting that at the Cam Pha High School exam site, there was a phenomenon of exam supervisors supporting candidates to do the test during the exam.
On June 13, the Quang Ninh Department of Education and Training issued a document requesting Cam Pha High School to urgently inspect and verify the entire reflected content; coordinate with the Head of the exam site and related organizations and individuals to clarify information and report results to the Department no later than June 14.
On June 14, Cam Pha High School had a report on the results of inspection and verification.
On the same day, based on the school's report, the reports of related individuals and based on coordination with professional departments of the Provincial Police confirming information, the Department of Education and Training issued a Official Dispatch on organizing reviews and handling for officials and teachers related to the responsibility of performing the task of supervising the 2026 high school graduation exam at the Cam Pha High School exam site; in which directing schools and related individuals to conduct reviews and handle seriously according to regulations.
By June 15, 2026, the schools had organized reviews and agreed to discipline 3 officials and employees, specifically: Mr. To Van Tien, Invigilator 2 at exam room 1528 of Cam Pha High School Exam Point, who did not properly perform his assigned responsibilities and duties; violated point c, clause 6, Article 29 of the Exam Regulations: Warning form. Parents complain about student bonus difference, school in Ninh Binh speaks out
Lao Dong Newspaper has just received feedback from parents of students of Loc Hoa Elementary School (in Dong A ward, Ninh Binh province) about the difference in bonuses for students achieving achievements in the 2025 - 2026 school year compared to the public bonus level.
According to PV's investigation, some parents of Loc Hoa Elementary School said that in the 2025 - 2026 school year, parents voluntarily contributed 300,000 VND/student to the parents' fund to support school activities and divided it into 2 payment phases. By the end of the school year, the school proposed to use the above fund to reward students with good academic achievements and has received the consensus of parents.
It is known that the announced bonus level ranges from 20,000 - 100,000 VND/prize/student (there will be different bonus levels depending on the prize).
However, when receiving the reward list, some parents said that the amount of money students received was 7,500 VND lower than the previously announced level.
