2025 is the first year that the entrance exam for grade 10 is officially organized according to the 2018 General Education Program.
The exam is adjusted with many new points on the number of subjects, exam questions, and exam methods to suit the new program, aiming to assess students' thinking ability, application ability, and practical problem solving.
On June 14, the Ha Nam Department of Education and Training announced the admission score for grade 10 public high school for the 2025-2026 school year.
Accordingly, the highest admission score to public high schools is 17.25 points (from Ly Nhan High School). The lowest score is 8 points (A Phu Ly High School).
In addition, the admission scores for specialized classes of Bien Hoa High School for the Gifted are as follows:
Math major 37.5 points (specialized major score from 5.75 points or higher);
Physics major 33.25 points (specialty score from 4.5 points or more);
Chemistry major 36 points (school major score from 7.75 or higher);
IT major with 34 points (specialized score from 4.5 points or more);
Biology major 34.25 (school major score from 5.25 points or higher);
Literature major with 39.5 points (specialized major score from 7.75 points or higher);
History major 31.5 points (school major score of 7 points or more);
Geography major 37.25 points (special major score from 6.25 points or more);
