This year, Hanoi National University enrolls 20,285 full-time university students for 12 member schools, an increase of 2,285 targets compared to last year.
Of which, the University of Technology was assigned the highest enrollment quota with 3,900 quotas (an increase of 940 quotas).
Next are the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with 2,650 targets (increased by 350 targets); the University of Economics with 2,500 targets (increased by 150 targets) and the University of Foreign Languages with 2,400 targets (increased by 400 targets).
In addition, Hanoi National University also assigned 1,500 admission quotas for both work and study, 810 double quotas for a number of training institutions.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology plans to enroll 9,680 students (an increase of 420 quotas compared to last year) based on 3 methods: talent admission, admission based on thinking assessment test scores; admission based on high school graduation exam scores in 2025.
Hanoi National University of Education this year enrolls 4,995 students (an increase of nearly 600 students compared to last year).
The 3 admission methods applied by the school include: Admission based on high school graduation exam scores; direct admission, priority admission for candidates with outstanding abilities and achievements; admission based on the 2025 competency assessment test scores organized by the school.
Meanwhile, Hanoi National University of Education 2 doubled its target compared to 2024. The total target is 4,131 students for 26 training majors. Notably, the school will enroll students according to 10 admission methods in 2025.
This is also the first year that the school has organized an independent exam to consider full-time university admission with 8 subjects, including: Math, Literature, Biology, English, History, Geography, Physics, Chemistry.
Foreign Trade University plans to enroll 4,150 students (an increase of 20 students compared to last year) through 4 methods, including: Admission using high school academic results when meeting the school's quality assurance conditions; admission using high school graduation exam results in 2025; admission using domestic and international competency assessment certificates; direct admission according to regulations.
The Academy of Finance plans to recruit 6,320 students (an increase of 1,820 students compared to last year), including 3,300 students for international certificate orientation programs; 2,700 students for standard programs; 320 students for international joint programs with many newly opened majors/training programs.
Regarding the admission method, the academy applies 4 methods, including: direct admission and priority admission according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; admission of candidates with outstanding abilities; admission based on the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam; combined admission.
The Banking Academy plans to enroll 3,644 students (an increase of more than 100 students compared to last year) through 5 admission methods including: direct admission; admission based on high school academic results; admission based on international certificate results; admission based on the results of competency assessment exams; admission based on high school exam results in 2025.
Hanoi University of Industry plans to enroll 7,990 students (an increase of 340 students compared to last year) for 62 majors/training programs.
The school applies 5 admission methods, including: unlimited direct admission; admission based on international certificate scores/excellent student awards combined with the summary scores of all three years of high school in 3 subjects according to the combination; admission based on high school graduation exam results; admission based on the results of the competency assessment test, thinking combined with academic records.
