Implementing the 2025 full-time university training enrollment plan and the results of the first round of admission, the Hong Duc University Admissions Council announced the consideration of additional training at the university level in 2025, as follows:
Subjects and conditions for admission: Candidates graduating from high school/middle school
Admission method:
- Use the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam (admission for all training majors)
- Use high school academic results (admission for non-pedagogical training majors)
- Use the results of the competency assessment or thinking assessment test organized by universities or colleges in 2025 (admission for all training majors)

Admission application:
- Admission form (according to the attached form).
- Certified copy of the Certificate of Results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam (for candidates using the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam).
- Certified copy: high school transcripts, Graduation certificates for candidates graduating before 2025 or Graduation certificates for candidates graduating in 2025 (for candidates using high school academic results).
- Certified copy of the Certificate of results of the competency assessment/thinking assessment exam (for candidates using the results of the competency assessment or thinking assessment exam organized by universities or colleges in 2025).
- Certified copy of IELTS Certificate from 5.0 or TOEFL iBT from 60 points or more (for candidates used to convert English subjects in the combination of DKXT subjects); Certificate of first, second, and third prizes in provincial-level cultural competitions organized by the Department of Education and Training (for candidates used to accumulate encouragement points).
- Photocopy of citizen identification card.
- Priority certificate (if any).
