The art theory program Under the glorious Flag was held at 3 locations in Hanoi, Hue and Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of August 9.
At the bridge in Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi, the program had the participation of 1,000 officers and soldiers participating in the parade, the parade celebrating the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

For more than 1 hour, thousands of officers and soldiers listened, sang in unison, and played alongside each other while listening to songs, scenes, and documents depicting the spirit of the Vietnamese people throughout the history of building the country along with defending the country.
The atmosphere of the program calmed down when the signal rang out, everyone turned to the historic Ba Dinh Square to hold the flag-raising ceremony. After the national anthem resounded under the red flag with a yellow star, the audience nationwide was moved when Uncle Ho's voice resounded in the quotation of the immortal Declaration of Independence.

Recently, parading forces under the Ministry of National Defense have been conducting drills at the National Military Training Center 4 (TB4) areas, Hanoi National University and the Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village.
It is expected that the number of troops participating in the training of armed forces in this A80 phase will be more than 15,600. This parade and marching formation has 18 standing blocks and 43 moving blocks.
The parade and marching ceremony at the 80th Anniversary of the success of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 is not only a political and social activity of special significance, but also an occasion to affirm the stature of the August 1945 Revolution and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
