Baby Monster achieves first million-selling album before returning

    Baby Monster has achieved a new feat when it owned its first album to sell one million copies.

    YG Entertainment has announced: "Bby Monster's first full-length album "DRIP" has recorded a cumulative sales of 1,011.352 copies".

    This milestone was reached about 7 months after the album was released. "DRIP" was released in November last year. The album reached 670,000 copies sold in the first week.

    Management company Baby Monster shared, "This reflects the group's strong upward reputation trend" and added, "With many promotions scheduled for the second half of 2025, Baby Monster's sales are expected to increase further".

    Baby Monster will release a single before releasing a new album titled "HOT SAUCE" on July 1. They will continue to release a second single in September and a mini- album in October.

    Baby Monster will also appear at Japan's biggest music festival "Summer Sonic 2025" on August 16.

    Baby Monster, also known as Baemon, is a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment. The group consists of 7 members: Ruka, Pharita, Asa, Ahyeon, Rami, Rora and Chiquita.

    Babymonster's full lineup was officially launched on April 1, 2024 with EP Babymons7er.
