To promptly rectify and strictly handle violations, Standing Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Mai Son requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to strengthen actual inspections at key relic sites, especially during festivals; promptly detect, handle or propose strict handling of violations; guide relic management boards to properly implement regulations on management, exploitation of services and public listing of prices; coordinate inter-sectoral inspections and advise on long-term management solutions.
The Department of Health directs to strengthen inspection and supervision of food safety assurance at festival venues, especially for food service establishments and mobile eateries; organize surprise inspections and strictly handle violations.
People's Committees of communes and wards directly direct functional forces to inspect and comprehensively supervise service activities in the area; stop the situation of spontaneous parking and illegal fee collection; require listing and collecting prices at the correct level; and at the same time coordinate with the health sector and police to ensure security and order, food safety at historical sites and festivals.
Leaders of departments, agencies, branches, and Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards must be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if violations occur causing public outrage, affecting the image and tourism environment of the locality.
