Gangnam Police Department, Seoul said they arrested a man about 30 years old, identified as Mr. A, right at the scene on charges of sexual assault. The case is currently under investigation.
According to initial information, Mr. A is accused of buying "date tickets" with a female streamer for 3 million won (about 2,030 USD).
After having dinner together on April 15, Mr. A took the female streamer home and had unwanted physical contact. The victim said that Mr. A also tried to sexually assault her, despite her repeated refusals.

He promised not to have any sexual contact with me. I have refused many times, but he still forced physical contact and even tried to sexually assault me," the female streamer confessed.
There are also allegations that Mr. A drove drunk after dinner. Police said that when knocking on the door, Mr. A opened the door himself and was arrested immediately afterwards.
Dating tickets" are originally a form of reward for those who donate large amounts of money during livestreams, often allowing fans to have meals with the streamer.
After that, Channel A (Korea) news site used the image of Jisoo's older brother Kim Jung Hoon to illustrate the case related to accusations from the female streamer.
This prompted public speculation that Jisoo's brother was indeed the man named A who was arrested by the police for investigation on charges of sexual assault.
Up to now, Kim Jung Hoon's side has not yet given an official response to the spreading information, while the case is still being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
About a year ago, Jisoo's older brother was accused of being involved in serious behavior on social media. A post on the Blind platform said that the accuser discovered he was being secretly filmed after having a relationship with Kim Jung Hoon.
This person also accused him of having similar behaviors with many other women, even when his wife was pregnant, and of sharing those videos for others to watch.
