The ARIRANG world tour of the group BTS continues to record impressive figures when it achieved revenue of 433.2 million USD (11.3 trillion VND) from 2.3 million tickets sold after 38 nights of performances were statistically recorded.
All 38 performances are sold out, making BTS the K-pop artist with the highest-grossing tour to date.
The ARIRANG tour was launched by BTS from April 2026, marking the group's return after members completed military service. Right from the first stages, the tour showed great attraction when tickets were continuously sold out in many cities.
Previously, Yonhap quoted information from Live Nation as saying that dozens of shows of the tour sold out, while North American legs alone attracted about 840,000 spectators through 15 shows.
Not only achieving high revenue, the ARIRANG tour also continuously set box office revenue milestones. In May, BTS earned 127.8 million USD from 12 performances, becoming the highest monthly revenue of a group since the Billboard Boxscore Top Tours chart debuted in 2019. This achievement also surpassed The Rolling Stones' record of 95 million USD in August 2019.
With the current level of 433.2 million USD, ARIRANG has surpassed the revenue of 331.8 million USD of BORN PINK of Blackpink, thereby becoming the highest-grossing tour of a K-pop artist. However, the above figure is not yet the final revenue because the tour still has many stages to take place in the near future.
According to the schedule currently announced, BTS still has many destinations in North America, Latin America and other regions in the last months of 2026, before continuing performances in early 2027. Therefore, ARIRANG's revenue and audience are likely to increase significantly in the near future.
From full stadiums to hundreds of millions of USD in revenue, ARIRANG is becoming one of the most notable K-pop tours in the international market.
