Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee informed that the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee (UBKT) has organized the 11th Meeting and considered and concluded many important contents.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered the results of inspections when there were signs of violations and the results of self-criticism, considered and proposed disciplinary action against the Party Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health for the 2015 - 2020 and 2020 - 2025 terms.
Through consideration, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that the Party Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health for the 2015-2020 term (period from 2015 to July 2019) lacked responsibility, relaxed leadership and management; lacked inspection and supervision, allowing party organizations, party members, agencies, and units under the Department of Health to seriously violate in the management and use of investment capital for the Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital Project.
Some party members and key cadres, including heads, who lack self-cultivation and training, violate Party regulations and State laws, have been expelled from the Party.
Regarding the Party Committee of the Department of Health for the 2020 - 2025 term, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee determined that this organization lacked inspection and urging, leading to the Party organization, party members, agencies, and units delaying the finalization of investment capital for the completed project and delaying the remedy of recommendations of competent authorities for some bidding packages under the Tay Nguyen Regional General Hospital Project.
Based on the content, nature, severity, consequences and causes of violations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose disciplinary action in the form of a warning on the Party Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Department of Health for the 2015-2020 term (period from 2015 to July 2019).
For the Party Committee of the Department of Health for the 2020 - 2025 term and related individuals, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests serious self-criticism and drawing experience; focus on leading and directing to thoroughly overcome the shortcomings and shortcomings that have been pointed out.
Also at the meeting, the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considered, resolved denunciations and concluded on some other important contents within its authority.
