Le Thien
Artist Le Thien, born in 1945. She was awarded the title of Meritorious Artist by the State in 1993.
Le Thien started acting at the age of 13. She was born and raised in the countryside of Binh Dinh, where her family sold tofu.
In the early 1980s, she became famous for her role as Princess Nguyen Thi Anh in the play Rang Ngoc Con Son of Tran Huu Trang Opera House.
When she got old, Le Thien gradually switched to acting in films as a grandmother and mother. Thanks to her kind-hearted features, the artist was called "the trendy grandmother" and "the national grandmother" by many audiences.
