According to Page Six, Diddy appeared in court for the first time on October 10 (US time) since his arrest on charges of plotting extortion, sex trafficking and transporting people for prostitution.
The rapper's mother and 6/7 children were also present at the trial.
The Post reported that Diddy, wearing brown prison clothes, smiled and waved to his son King, who was sitting in the second row of the courtroom, before hugging each of his lawyers.
Judge Arun Subramanian set the trial date for May 5. According to CNN, prosecutor Emily Johnson said the prosecution expected the case to last three weeks, but the additional indictments could affect the trial timeline.
Lawyer Marc Agnifilo defends Diddy, saying it could take them a week to make an apology. Diddy's case has exposed many hidden corners of the entertainment industry. At its peak, Diddy held large-scale white parties with a "huge" guest list from 1998 to 2009.
"White parties" are revealed from many statements as parties of entertainment, chaos, unimaginable with stimulants, drugs and alcohol.
Previously, American media reported that lawyer Tony Buzbee is representing 120 victims in the lawsuit against "music tycoon" Diddy (Sean Combs) for sexual abuse and exploitation.
Buzbee revealed that among the 120 new victims, both male and female are divided equally, and 25 victims are minors when the sexual abuse occurred since 1991 until now. The youngest victims were only 9, 14 and 15 years old.
A victim who was only 9 years old at the time was taken to an audition in New York by Bad Boy Records (a record label founded by Diddy in 1993).
This victim is said to have been sexually abused by Diddy and several others at the studio, by promising his parents and himself that he would sign a recording contract, Buzbee explained.
Lawyer Tony Buzbee said that many powerful people and many dark secrets will be exposed in the upcoming trial, including shocking names.
His team collected images, videos and text as evidence for Diddys sexual assaults.
