On February 20th (4th day of Tet), tourist destinations in Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces welcomed many tourists to visit and have fun during the Lunar New Year.
In Mang Den commune, the locality organizes a series of art and music programs throughout Tet to serve tourists, with many activities taking place in different spaces. Prominent is the street festival held along National Highway 24 on the 3rd day of Tet, with gong performances, xoang dance, folk instrument performances and stilt walking.
From the 2nd to the end of the 4th day of Tet, local artisans perform gongs, xoang dances and traditional musical instruments at Mang Den Market, creating a bustling and culturally rich atmosphere.
In addition, many eco-tourism areas, community tourism, sea and island tourism, historical and cultural relics in the province such as Mang Den, Sa Huynh, My Khe, Ly Son and community tourism villages also recorded a sharp increase in the number of visitors, affirming the attractiveness of Quang Ngai tourism in the beginning of the new year.

According to the Quang Ngai Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in a week of Tet holiday (from February 14 to 20), the whole province welcomed about 610,000 tourist arrivals, of which overnight visitors are estimated at 390,000. Total revenue from tourism activities is estimated at 488 billion VND, an increase of 42% compared to the same period last year.
In Gia Lai, destinations such as Bien Ho scenic relic area, Bien Ho tea, hundred-year-old pine trees and Buu Minh Pagoda attract a large number of people and tourists. From early morning on Tet days, the flow of people flocking to these locations is increasing, many roads become bustling.
At Bien Ho scenic relic area, tourists flock to visit, take photos and enjoy the fresh air. The blue, pristine beauty and legends associated with the Central Highlands culture make this place always a spring travel destination for tourists from near and far every beginning of the year.
