The first part of the exhibition has the theme "50 years of the country full of joy", introducing nearly 100 valuable photos and documents, reflecting the courage and resilient will of the Vietnamese people in the spring victory in 1975 - the glare in the history of building and defending the country. The display also recreates the country's development journey for nearly 40 years of renovation, integration, promoting the strength of great unity of the whole nation to bring the country into the new era. The second part displays some documentary images of the children of Hai Duong, where emotions and memories are permeated through each frame. Emotional images of Uncle Ho's affection when visiting Hai Duong to the image of the people of the Eastern region working hard, producing, and fighting in the resistance war are displayed here.
The third part displayed typical paintings in 2025, selected from the competition to compose the painting organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Provincial Literature and Arts Association. With vibrant colors and clear messages, the paintings not only cheer the new lifestyle, preserve the cultural identity and protect the environment but also show the creativity and enthusiasm of the artists inside and outside the province for the development of the homeland of Hai Duong in the new period.
At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 11 prizes to authors with outstanding encouragement paintings.
