On the evening of September 5, the 73rd Miss World final night took place in Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province), closing the 1-month journey of competition of 111 beauties from many countries and territories around the world.
Among the guests of the organizing committee was Miss Do My Linh.
Sharing with Lao Dong reporters, Miss Do My Linh said that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa hosting Miss World 2026 is an opportunity to strongly promote the image of the coastal city to international friends.
According to Do My Linh, she has come to Nha Trang with her family many times for vacation and realized that the locality possesses many advantages in nature and landscape.
Nha Trang is a land with many advantages, both with the sea and many beautiful landscapes. This is also one of the reasons Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa was chosen to organize Miss World.
The successful organization of the contests contributes to affirming the position and prestige of the locality on the international tourism map," Miss Do My Linh shared.
According to Miss Vietnam 2016, the spread of international events such as Miss World is not only limited to a beauty contest but also opens up opportunities to promote Nha Trang's image to global tourists.

As an ambassador accompanying this year's competition and having represented Vietnam in international arenas, Do My Linh also shared about Le Nguyen Bao Ngoc's pressure when competing right at home.

However, through what Bao Ngoc has shown throughout her Miss World 2026 journey, she believes that the beauty has turned pressure into motivation and brought a lot of pride to Vietnamese audiences.
