The incident originated from a viewer's reflection that he was prevented by security guards and was not allowed to watch the program even though he had bought tickets for nearly 2 million VND.
Sharing with reporters, Hong Phuong affirmed that she always respects the audience and has no reason to refuse the person who bought the valid ticket. According to her, if there is really a case where the audience is denied the right to watch, the matter needs to be clarified with specific evidence, avoiding spreading one-sided information that affects the collective of artists and the crew.
Hong Phuong said: "Whoever says they have tickets but are not allowed to enter, I hope the audience will provide evidence. If ticket buyers really have problems, just come directly to see me, I will stand up to solve it".
The female singer also said that only tickets directly issued by her are considered valid, and affirmed that she does not accept acts of inciting, causing trouble or intending to sabotage the general atmosphere of the show.
In such cases, even with tickets in hand, violators may still be invited to leave the auditorium to ensure safety for the collective.
Besides the ticket-related scandal, Hong Phuong shared for the first time about the program's financial issues. According to the female singer, even though tickets were sold at a high price, the show still fell into a state of losses. "I'm telling you the truth, I'm losing money. The money raised is not enough to cover half of the expenses. But what I can say is the affection of the audience and a meaningful anniversary program," Hong Phuong confided.

Regarding opinions that ticket prices are not commensurate with the experience, the female singer said that the investment costs for the stage, sound, lighting, staging and inviting artists are very large. Not recovering the capital was something she had anticipated, but still decided to implement the program to leave a career milestone.
Regarding the detail that artist Tieu Linh appeared on stage in a wheelchair, Hong Phuong said that this was a decision stemming from health factors. Artist Tieu Linh has cardiovascular problems, is easily tired and has to limit movement. To ensure safety, the female singer arranged for the artist to sit in a wheelchair throughout the performance. According to Hong Phuong, the scene of sitting in a wheelchair and then standing up to receive money is a detail within the stage script, not carrying negative implications as some speculate.
Faced with prolonged controversy, Hong Phuong said that she is willing to accept constructive comments but will resolutely respond to false information affecting the honor of individuals and the collective of artists.
