After the priority ticket sale on May 20, the Organizing Committee of the K-Star Spark in Vietnam 2025 Music Festival officially sold tickets publicly to all audiences at 2:00 p.m. on May 21. Before G hour, many audiences were mentally prepared, waiting to "hunt" for tickets on the CTicket distribution portal.
However, on time, many fans were disappointed when the ticket distribution website continuously reported errors. White pages, inability to log in or being "petrified" from the system... are errors that customers encounter when buying tickets on the distribution portal.

In this situation, many viewers commented indignantly on the Fanpage of CTicket and the event's sponsor bank. Not long after, the ticket gate was closed with a notice that it would reopen at 2:45 p.m. after the system error was fixed.
However, when it was G hour, the audience once again shook their heads in frustration because they could not access the page. CTicket then had to post a notice to temporarily suspend ticket sales with the reason "the system records sudden visits from home and abroad, seriously affecting ticket sales and customer experience".
The day the concert opened for public ticket sales was a complete failure.
By the evening of May 21, this page announced that ticket sales would reopen to the public at 8:00 p.m. on May 22.
In response to the wave of fans' reactions, CTicket Fanpage and the sponsor bank had to lock the comment function on social networks.
Many audiences were disappointed when they had "hunted" 3 times but still could not buy tickets. Ms. Lan Tran (32 years old, Hanoi) shared: "To buy tickets for the event with G-Dragon, I had to apply for a visa to buy priority tickets as requested by the Organizing Committee but failed.
After that, I "fought" twice at noon to buy tickets to open for sale to all subjects. It felt extremely disappointing when pressing F5 continuously but could not go to the page. Until now, I still don't know when I can buy tickets".
In the same situation, Le Thanh Thanh (30 years old, Thanh Hoa) said: "I am working in Korea but still 'fighting' to 'hunt' for tickets because I have been a long-time fan of G-Dragon. When I clicked on the ticket purchase link, I received a request to confirm 'not a robot', waited for 15 minutes but still couldn't buy a ticket.
With 2 consecutive failed sales on May 21 and 1 previous failed use of priority ticket purchasing visas, I am quite confused about whether the Organizing Committee will be able to open the next sale smoothly."

Previously, the day of opening priority ticket sales for visa holders sponsored by the bank was also not very favorable. Many people lined up online to buy tickets but could not make payments. Even more ironically, some fans have bought tickets and paid successfully but have not received their tickets returned via email.
Upset about not being able to buy tickets, fans have no choice but to wait for the next sale from the Organizing Committee and get into the endless "hunting" for tickets.
The 2025 K-Star Spark in Vietnam music festival brings together a "huge" cast of stars, especially marking the first time G-Dragon has come to Vietnam to perform as a solo artist. The event will take place at My Dinh Stadium, Hanoi on June 21. The event promises to attract a large number of fans in Vietnam and other countries in the region.
