In the movie "Con ke ba nghe", Kieu Minh Tuan and Hao Khang play father and son, bringing a quiet but emotional family story.
In the movie, Kieu Minh Tuan transforms into Mr. Thai - a taciturn, dry, and clumsy circus artist in expressing his feelings. The biggest upheaval of the character is the loss of his wife, who is also a circus performing partner.
That pain made Mr. Thai withdraw into silence, unintentionally pushing his son Minh (Hao Khang) further and further away. Minh is in his teens, sensitive and easily hurt, always yearning to be listened to and understood by his father.
The father's prolonged silence, coupled with the shock of losing his mother, became a persistent mental wound, leading to a series of family upheavals.

At the press premiere on the afternoon of January 12, in Ho Chi Minh City, Kieu Minh Tuan continuously wiped away tears after the movie ended. The actor shared that he especially sympathized with the character Mr. Thai because of his own experiences in life.
My father passed away when I was very young. When I watched my own character on the screen again, I miss my father very much," Kieu Minh Tuan said. According to him, the emotions in the film are not only acting but also real memories that are reenacted.
Kieu Minh Tuan also revealed that he has devoted a lot of enthusiasm to this role. He spent many months losing weight, exercising and learning circus skills to fully portray the image of a true circus artist on screen.
When asked if he had "escaped the role" or not, the male actor affirmed that he had completely escaped, although the emotions that the film brought were still intact.
Con ke ba nghe" is directed by Do Quoc Trung, with Tran Thanh Huy holding the role of creative director. The film will officially premiere nationwide from January 16, 2026, and will also have special screenings on January 14 and 15, 2026.
