According to Ngoc Thuy's sharing with reporters, the origin of the incident started around October 2025. During a dialogue lesson and script exchange at the company, because Ngoc Thuy arrived early, the office at that time was only with her and this male colleague.
Although she had been psychologically wary beforehand, the actress still encountered an indecent situation when this person continuously asked private questions about her breast augmentation surgery, and then suddenly had acts of directly touching her body. Panicked by the sudden event, Ngoc Thuy quickly found a way to leave the room.
At that time, because of concerns about directly affecting her work and future career when she first stepped into showbiz, the actress chose to remain silent. She actively limited receiving filming schedules at this unit, avoided being faced with opponents and always asked friends to go with her every time she went to work to ensure safety.
