In a series of impressive performances, HIEUTHUHAI's performance was placed near the end of the program and became a notable highlight of the event.
With a youthful style, explosive energy and charming behavior, HIEUTHUHAI continuously stirred up the atmosphere through famous songs such as " Nuoc mat cua sau", "Vu tinh", "Khong the say", "hen met em duoi trang".
At the event, HIEUTHUHAI interacted and chatted enthusiastically with the audience. He also suddenly threw his jacket onto the stage to give to fans, making the atmosphere more enthusiastic and pushing the emotions of the music night to the climax.
Notably, after interacting with the audience, HIEUTHUHAI chose to end his performance with the song "Trinh" - a famous song but also caused a lot of controversy recently.
Sharing about the decision to perform "Trinh" on a big stage like V Fest, HIEUTHUHAI revealed: "At first, I only intended to write it to express my confidences, not to be a song to perform on stage. But everyone likes and appreciates it, so I brought it to the stage to perform so much".
Previously, in November 2024, HIEUTHUHAI quietly released the song "Trinh" as an implied response to opinions that he was "not good enough to perform" in the Vietnamese rap world, but it was not until recently that the song really caused a fever.
Although not promoting the song, the rap line "why not submitting to anyone" quickly became a phenomenon, transformed into a pose, a daily communication trend on social networks, and even mentioned on television.
Although originating as a diss rap (a rap song that attacks, criticizes or mocks others), Trinh was quickly transformed by the online community into a viral phenomenon, spreading strongly from commercial music, bolero-style music, bossa newspaper, remix... to cover covers by international artists.
