According to the Organizing Committee of the event, under the direction of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on organizing special art programs for the audience, contributing to promoting the cultural - entertainment industry in Vietnam, Vietnam Television organizes a large-scale music festival for the audience: V Fest - brilliant Youth.
The general director of the program, Cao Trung Hieu, shared with Lao Dong newspaper reporters about this honor:
This was a big surprise for our crew. Yesterday (8.9), we had a successful V Concert and today there is another V Fest.
This afternoon (8.10), during the very heavy rain in Hanoi, we and the artists were practicing for the program when we saw Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh come, it was really touched. After coming and going around the stage, he shook hands with each member of the organizing committee and the artists on stage.
I have given you many instructions, I have advised you to always do it for the culture and music of Vietnam. He gave the crew great compliments and encouragement".
The special thing is that "V Fest - Brilliant Youth" is a completely free concert, given by VTV to its audience. Tickets to the music festival were given to a wide range of people such as students, lecturers, volunteers, workers, laborers, representatives of the armed forces participating in supporting the A80 mission and VTV's television audience.
From the afternoon of the same day, although the weather was not favorable with showers, the entrance area was already crowded, with a long line of young people lining up to wait to enter the stands.

The event was hosted by Vietnam Television (VTV), part of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.
This is a "spiritual gift" for the public, gathering a group of famous artists including BinZ, Bich Phuong, Isaac, Rhymastic, HIEUTHUHAI, Trang Phap, Van Mai Huong, (S) TRONG Trong Hieu, MONO...
Unlike many of the first V Concert - radiant Vietnam music nights, V Fest tickets are completely free.
According to Lao Dong reporters, audiences receive tickets mainly through online registration to participate in lucky draws.

However, it is the scarcity of tickets and the popularity of the line-up that have created conditions for the "ticket market" to flourish.
Although it is a gift ticket, without an official price, on social networks, many people resell tickets with prices ranging from 300,000 to 1.2 million VND for a pair.
Quynh Anh (Thanh Xuan Ward, Hanoi) shared: "I bought tickets from others for 200,000 VND/single ticket but I also accepted because I really wanted to see HIEUTHUHAI".
Meanwhile, Quoc Anh (Dong Anh ward, Hanoi) said: I was very surprised when VTV organized a music night for 2 consecutive days. Before that, I had not known much about the V Fest music night".
