Phuong Le's dental representative also said that Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan had proactively publicized the dental name along with accusational statements and subjective conclusions that had not been concluded by the competent authority. This directly affects the brand reputation and legitimate business activities of this unit.
"We have never disclosed any personal identification information to infringe upon the privacy of Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan. The company is ready to coordinate to clarify if objective errors arise.
However, in the case of Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan continuing to spread unverified information, slander, defamation, and distorting the truth, we reserve the right to claim compensation for damages..." - Phuong Le's dental representative affirmed.
After that, Phuong Le's dental representative also requested Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan to immediately stop spreading unverified information, images, and statements.
"Within 3 working days, if Ms. Loan does not remove, rectify, and publicly apologize, the company will carry out the necessary legal procedures to protect her legitimate rights and interests" - Miss Phuong Le's dental representative added.
As previously reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, Hong Loan had announced that Miss Phuong Le's dental company had arbitrarily posted a picture of her teeth with vulgar words for the purpose of deliberately defaming and insulting the honor and dignity of old customers.
Hong Loan asked this unit to remove the post, publicly apologize to her and take remedial actions for the consequences that had occurred to her.
"In case the company intentionally fails to resolve the issue, I will definitely take legal measures to protect my legitimate rights and interests" - Hong Loan added.
