At the wedding, actress Thuy Anh recalled nearly 20 years of knowing and having attended both previous weddings of Ngoc Quynh.

Ngoc Quynh believes that the two coming together may not be early, but "it's never too late". He does not promise to bring Thuy Anh a perfect life, only promises to accompany her through the joys and sorrows of life.
