I discussed and even “fought” with the director – Meritorious Artist Do Thanh Hai. Finally, the director agreed to include it.
It is true that the fine is high, but it will serve as a deterrent to violations. As the Traffic God said, “If you don’t want to be fined, don’t violate anymore”. Our ancestors have a saying, “love with a whip, hate with sweetness”. As citizens, “people of the lower world”, my family members and I have all experienced both hot and cold fines (laughs). But I think that increasing the fine for violations of traffic safety and order is a necessary measure.
We, the participants of Tao Quan, are both citizens and artists with the responsibility of propagating the regulations and sanctions when applied to life. I think we should understand the government, understand why the fines must be increased...”.
