For Dr. Ngo So Phe, Principal of the Southern Khmer Language, Culture, Arts and Humanities School - Tra Vinh University - the teaching profession is not only a job but also a mission, a path that will last forever.

She shared: I feel extremely lucky to have worked and matured in an educational environment - one of the noble professions of society. The teaching profession contributes to training and improving the quality of human resources for the nation and the country. As a Khmer ethnic, she is always proud to work in a special school, where language, culture and art are trained in the Khmer community in the South.

Every day, she and her colleagues carry out the mission of imparting the necessary knowledge, skills and professional attitude to students, graduate students and doctoral students.

The greatest joy of teachers is to witness students growing up, being confident and continuing to spread the good values of the nation to the community - she expressed. As Principal, Dr. Ngo So Phe always aims to build an educational environment of "Dedication - transparency - Friendliness - Creativity", taking learners as the center, encouraging the initiative of lecturers and students.

Honored at the program "Vinh Quang Vietnam" in 2025, she considers this a source of pride but at the same time a responsibility to continue to contribute, inspire and spread the value of education - culture. The project brings together lecturers, students, monks, achars and Khmer intellectuals to participate in reading,notarizing, translating, taking photos and digitizing documents, serving long-term archiving and in-depth research. This is a testament to the combination of traditional knowledge with modern technology, helping to protect cultural heritage in the digital age.

She emphasized the importance of inspiring and expressing national pride to the younger generation. The school constantly innovates teaching methods, linking theory with practical experience, organizing seminars, cultural exchanges, field research and other creative activities.
