Graduating from the Faculty of Drama of Taiwan National University (China), she won the Best New Actress award at the 2019 Film Awards. From 2022, Thai Giai Am began to switch to the field of consulting and directing intimate scenes on screen.
Before each scene, she carefully discusses with the actors to clearly define the limits of physical contact, what is possible and impossible to do. Establishing consensus from the beginning helps the actors feel safe, thereby being more comfortable when entering the role.
Tinh Bach Nhien once shared that Thai Giai Am's professional guidance helped him significantly reduce psychological pressure, thereby being able to focus on the character's emotions instead of worrying about how to handle the scene.
Ton Thien also admitted that she was once very shy because she did not have much experience with such intimate scenes, but gradually became more natural thanks to close support.
