Regarding the exploitation of culinary tourism potential, in September 2025, the unit will focus resources on conducting an in-depth survey and developing 20 more unique culinary-themed tourism programs. Each program is introduced as a unique experience, closely linked with the food, shopping and destination service system in all 3 areas of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau (formerly).
This is part of the strategic orientation for developing the city's culinary tourism products by 2030, with the goal of welcoming 10 million international visitors and achieving a tourism revenue of VND 290,000 billion in 2025.

The culinary tours are designed with a variety of schedules, from half a day to 3 days. Some outstanding products include a fishing tour by Vespa, a tour to explore cocoa gardens and experience making chocolate by yourself, a tour to explore Ho Chi Minh City cuisine, a tour to explore mangrove forests by kayaking and culinary experience...
With a series of new and attractive culinary tourism programs, the Ho Chi Minh City tourism industry hopes that these products will contribute to renewing the experience of tourists. At the same time, it affirms the position of Ho Chi Minh City as a vibrant, open and creative destination.
