With their youngest son just over three years old, the family's worries mainly revolve around picking up and dropping off and food safety control. To protect their son, he and his wife always proactively look for food sources with clear origins, in order to absolutely prevent cases where children accidentally come into contact with disguised stimulants, directly affecting health and physical development.
Meanwhile, for his eldest son who is 9 years old this year, the education method of the father in the industry uniform needs more sophistication and practicality.
Understanding that at this age, his child cannot yet recognize the nature of addictive substances, Meritorious Artist Ho Phong chose to establish the most basic safety rules for his child to prevent the risk of poisoning.
He shared about the strict but loving advice for his eldest son: "You should only drink what your parents buy, grandparents buy or the teacher in the school gives you, and should not buy food and drinks outside because it is unhygienic".
The strictness from closely following the diet at school to controlling each ingredient of cakes, candies, and drinks is the way the male artist builds a "fence" to protect his children from potential dangers outside of society.
Weekend rules" and a peaceful sky for the home

His wife is currently working as a manager at a bank - a job that is known to be stressful and busy. Her schedule is almost full from Monday to Friday, often having to leave home at 6 am and only returning when it is late at night.
Aware that his wife is too busy and will reduce valuable time with her husband and children, Meritorious Artist Ho Phong and his wife have jointly established a special principle for the family.
Meritorious Artist Ho Phong confided that whenever he is not constrained by filming schedules or performance schedules at the theater, he spends the entire two weekends for his small family.
On those peaceful weekends, the couple and their children go for breakfast, enjoy coffee, or organize picnics and camping in new lands.
For him, this is not only a time to strengthen the relationship between parents and children, but also an opportunity for the family to visit and interact with friends from afar who have not seen each other for a long time.
Meritorious Artist Ho Phong confided that he is always concerned about the health of his children when they have to face study pressure and often have to stay in the closed space of the classroom all day.
Therefore, he often organizes long trips with family and friends in Hanoi, so that his two children can directly experience natural life by climbing mountains, wading streams or going into the forest to see birds and plants.
Especially, every time there is a long holiday, he proactively takes his children back to his hometown in Quang Ninh to change the atmosphere.
Here, he encourages his children to take off their shoes, comfortably walk barefoot on the sand and on the ground to interact with nature, freely sunbathe and take wind baths to enhance metabolism and improve resistance.
