At the program, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc read the Letter of General Secretary and President To Lam to teenagers and children on the occasion of the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Phan Huy Ngoc emphasized that this year's Mid-Autumn Festival takes place in a joyful and excited atmosphere as Tuyen Quang homeland enters a new stage of development.
This is also an opportunity for generations to look back at the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of the land rich in identity, a place of convergence and intersection of many ethnic groups with unique customs, languages, costumes, folk songs, folk dances and festivals.
The Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee wished teenagers and children to actively learn about the history of their homeland and cherish the cultural values of ethnic communities.
From love for their homeland, children turn into specific actions such as being obedient, studying well, living compassionately, united, having a sense of environmental protection, proactively learning, mastering knowledge and technology, nurturing self-confidence, compassion and aspiration to rise up.
On this occasion, Party and State leaders and Tuyen Quang province presented 100 gifts to 100 students in difficult circumstances who have achieved success in their studies.
The highlight of this year's opening ceremony is a special art program with the participation of many artists and singers.
In a space full of colors, 45 typical Mid-Autumn models selected from Minh Xuan, An Tuong, Nong Tien, Binh Thuan and My Lam wards appeared in turn, creating a unique Mid-Autumn picture, imbued with Thanh Tuyen's own imprint.
