At the closing ceremony of the National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of independence - freedom - Happiness" on the evening of September 15, the Exhibition Organizing Committee awarded 50 "Outstanding Exhibition Space" awards to outstanding units, collectives and individuals participating.
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front was awarded the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" award at the National Achievement Exhibition.
According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the "Outstanding Exhibition Space" award is to honor units with outstanding contributions to the design, staging and organization of exhibitions, introducing the country's achievements over 80 years of construction and development.
The award recognizes achievements, encourages and motivates units to continue to promote creativity, invest in improving the quality of design, content and display methods.
The award contributes to creating a healthy competitive driving force, forming standards on aesthetics, professionalism and communication efficiency at the following exhibitions.
15 awards are given to departments, ministries, branches and central agencies including: Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Office of the National Assembly, Government Office, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, State Bank of Vietnam, Government Inspectorate, Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Television.
15 "Outstanding Exhibition Space" awards were presented to provinces and centrally run cities including Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Dien Bien, Thanh Hoa, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Quang Tri, Lam Dong, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh and Vinh Long.
In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded awards to 20 outstanding state-owned and private enterprises, including Vietnam Railway Corporation, Vietnam Electricity Group, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, Vietnam Airlines Corporation, Vietnam Maritime Corporation, Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group, Vietnam National Petroleum Group, Hoa Phat Group, Vingroup Group, etc.
The National Achievement Exhibition "80 years of Independence - freedom - Happiness" opened on August 28, and closed on September 15. The exhibition welcomed over 10 million visitors to visit and experience after 19 days of taking place with a series of activities.
