The Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space project was implemented in a vibrant emulation atmosphere to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), towards the 51st anniversary of the Complete Liberation of the South, National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026) and to celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress.
This is a project of profound political, ideological and cultural significance, expressing the respect and gratitude of the Party Committee, government and people of Binh Hung Hoa ward towards President Ho Chi Minh.


Mr. Mai Tien Dung - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Hung Hoa Ward emphasized that building the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space is a concretization of the Party's major policy on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.
The project is not only for display but also a space to educate revolutionary traditions, foster ideals, nurture belief, and arouse the spirit of responsibility and striving will of cadres, party members and people," said Mr. Mai Tien Dung.
Mr. Bui Minh Thong - Director of BMT Construction Investment Design Consulting Co., Ltd. said that the project is built on an area of more than 280 m2, with a total cost of nearly 2.3 billion VND, located in the ward center, convenient for officials, party members and people to visit and study.
The overall project is designed in an open space, harmonizing traditional architecture and green landscape, including the Ho Chi Minh memorial house, waterscape, memorial stele engraved with historical milestones and a system of green trees and yards bearing Vietnamese rural characteristics.


When completed, the project is expected to become a cultural and spiritual destination, contributing to bringing the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style into depth in social life.
