In 2026, Ho Van officially launches a series of activities to experience and enjoy traditional products from localities across the country. This place is expected to become a new cultural industrial center of the Capital.
What creates the attraction of Ho Van is the presence of artisans from many traditional craft villages across the country such as Tay Ho Lotus Tea, Giao Trinh Traditional Cake, Bao Loc Thai Binh Silk...

Here, each booth not only displays products but also organizes experiential workshops. Instead of just observing through artifacts or reading in newspapers and books, visitors can directly chat with artisans, listen to stories about craft villages and personally experience some crafting steps, thereby helping visitors better understand the story behind each handicraft.
Friend Nghiem Minh Dung - a tourist visiting shared: "Ho Van gives me a feeling of closeness to my hometown, moreover, the location is also in the city center, so it is easy to move around. When walking around the lake, I was most impressed with the water puppetry activity, this is a very good and useful activity. If I have the opportunity, I hope I can bring my friends here to play, I hope they also feel like this place like me".

Besides craft village stalls, on weekend evenings, this place also organizes traditional art performances, cultural exchange activities and culinary introductions, creating an open space where heritage is approached in a close and lively way. Many young people choose Ho Van as a weekend destination to learn about traditional culture in a new way.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Huu - Founder of Lasen Folk Art said that the Ho Van space at Van Mieu welcomes many visitors every day, including domestic and foreign tourists. According to Ms. Huu, before, tourists mainly accessed information about heritage types through images or documents, and did not have many opportunities to experience it directly. Coming to Ho Van, they can make lacquer paintings, Do paper themselves and bring the finished products back as souvenirs.
We not only expect but also believe that the experience space at Ho Van will become an attractive destination for young people in the country and international tourists when visiting and learning about Hanoi culture as well as Vietnamese culture" - Ms. Huu shared.

At the Ninh Binh lace embroidery booth, Ms. Mai Huong - representative of the store expressed: "We want to introduce and promote products and share our enthusiasm and love for Van Lam lace embroidery village. For foreign tourists, they are very curious and interested in the products that we send with the characteristics of Vietnamese culture, they are interested in the meticulousness and diligence of the craftsmen.
Opening both day and night also creates more conditions for people and tourists to easily access this cultural space. In the context of increasingly concerned cultural experience needs, the model combining heritage preservation with creative activities is contributing to creating new vitality for Ho Van.
Not only a tourist destination, Ho Van cultural space will gradually become a new creative cultural center of the Capital. From craft villages, art activities to meetings between artisans and tourists, each experience contributes to continuing the story of a Hanoi that is both developed, modern, and rich in cultural identity.
