The National Mother Goddess worshiping relic in Dai Dinh commune was ranked by the Prime Minister as a historical relic and special national scenic spot from 2015. The Tay Thien Mother Goddess worshiping belief was recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2020.
This year, the Tay Thien festival takes place from April 2-4, 2026 (ie, the 15-17 of the 2nd year of Binh Ngo) at the Tay Thien special national relic, Dai Dinh commune is the organizer.
The opening program took place with the opening drum part and an art program with the theme "Sacred Tay Thien".

The ritual part includes rituals: Reporting ceremony, palanquin procession ceremony, incense offering ceremony and thanksgiving ceremony.
The festival part features many rich cultural and sports activities, imbued with national identity.
Among them, prominent are the traditional Tay Thien leather volleyball tournament; cultural heritage exhibition activities; art programs, drum festivals and practices of Mother Goddess worship at the Tam Toa Thanh Mau area of Thuong Temple - Tay Thien; banh chung, banh gio, banh day making contest; cultural camp; cultural exchange programs and Soong Co folk song performances.
Tay Thien Festival is a typical traditional festival associated with the belief in worshiping the Mother Goddess of Tay Thien, expressing the morality of "drinking water, remembering the source", praying for national peace and prosperity, good harvests; contributing to preserving and promoting the value of traditional cultural heritage, and at the same time promoting the image of the Ancestral Land to visitors from all directions.
