On May 13, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that in order to share difficulties and accompany workers, the grassroots Trade Union and the Board of Directors of Kingmaker III (Vietnam) Footwear Co., Ltd. (VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park) have agreed to implement a policy to support the lives of nearly 7,000 union members and workers (CNLĐ).
Although the company also faced difficulties, when the company's grassroots trade union proposed, the leaders of Kingmaker III (Vietnam) Footwear Co., Ltd. decided to implement a policy to support the lives of union members and workers, in order to help reduce the burden of daily living expenses.
The support level increases by 200,000 VND/person/month. Application time: May, June and July 2026. Payment time is on the 15th of every month, direct transfer to the account of union members and employees.
This is not only material support but also the concern and sharing of the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for all employees who are accompanying the company and the trade union. Through this, the company and the grassroots Trade Union wish union members and workers to feel secure in their work, stabilize their lives and continue to be attached for a long time.
Kingmaker III (Vietnam) Footwear Co., Ltd. has been operating since 2016 with the initial number of workers being 1,100 people; to date, the number of workers has increased to nearly 7,000 people.
