On March 17, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company had just organized the 19th Workers' Conference in 2026.
According to leaders of Quang Ngai Sugar Joint Stock Company, in 2025, the Company achieved total revenue of over 11,000 billion VND (up 4% compared to 2024), pre-tax profit of over 2,200 billion VND, and budget contribution of over 1,000 billion VND.
Currently, the company has more than 4,000 employees working in units, with an average income of nearly 14.7 million VND/person/month, an increase of 6% compared to 2024. In addition, the company maintains regular jobs for more than 1,000 service contract workers.
In addition, the Company fully implements the deduction and payment of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees according to regulations, and promptly resolves related regimes.
Regimes and policies according to the provisions of law and Collective Labor Agreements are fully implemented; activities to care for the material and spiritual life, support the construction and repair of "Trade Union Shelter" houses for workers are concerned and implemented with a total amount of more than 44 billion VND.
In 2025, the Company mobilized contributions from employee income and other resources, with a total amount of over 1.1 billion VND to support social funds such as the Fund for the Poor, the Scholarship Fund, the "Trade Union Shelter" Fund of the province. At the same time, the Company organized many activities to visit and give gifts to poor households, policy families and implement the care of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers.
In particular, the Vinasoy Soy Milk Scholarship Fund has implemented the program "Healthy Nutrition for Children to Grow Up" in the 2024–2025 school year with a total budget of 3.4 billion VND. The humanitarian blood donation movement among officials and workers has also been strongly responded to with 387 units of blood donated.
