Recently, Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee issued a plan on the selection and appointment of mediators in the province.
The goal of this recruitment is to build a harmonious labor relationship system, suitable to the market mechanism and minimize arising labor disputes.
According to the plan, the applicants are Vietnamese citizens, with full civil conduct capacity, good health and moral qualities. In particular, candidates are required to have a university degree or higher and have at least 3 years of work experience in a field related to labor relations.
The total target of recruitment in this phase is 95 people. In which, the Department of Home Affairs 3 people; Dien Bien Phu ward and Muong Thanh ward (3 people/unit); the remaining communes/wards (2 people/unit).
The selection method is carried out through dossier review. Labor mediators after being appointed will enjoy support regimes according to the Government's regulations.
Employees who need to participate in submitting applications directly at the Department of Home Affairs or the Culture - Commune Department of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province. Recruitment is free of charge.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to appraise the dossiers for recruitment of labor mediators, select and make a list of appointment positions for each selected labor mediator, and submit them to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and appointment.
