150 people reinforce eroded sea dike in Ha Tinh

Faced with that situation, on the afternoon of October 29, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Loc Ha district coordinated with the authorities of Thinh Loc commune to mobilize 150 people, including officials, organizations and people of Thinh Loc commune to urgently handle and reinforce eroded and subsided areas.

The forces and local people transported about 40m3 of sand into 300 sacks to temporarily reinforce the landslide sites to prevent further landslides.

In the long term, the locality will propose to superiors a solution to rebuild the embankment to ensure more certainty.
