On March 17, Lam Dong Provincial Department of Home Affairs said that in 2024, the province has resolved the streamlining of staff in 71 cases according to Decree 178 of the Government. Of which, 62 cases were early retirement and 9 cases were immediate termination.
The total budget for streamlining the payroll for 71 cases is 15.4 billion VND. Of which, 12.1 billion VND is for cases of early retirement, the rest is for immediate termination of employment.
In addition, through the review of the Department of Home Affairs, up to now, the whole province has about 178 cadres and civil servants who have resigned. When receiving the application, the department will advise on the regime and policies for cadres who quit their jobs and carry out the arrangement and organization of the apparatus.
Lam Dong Provincial Department of Home Affairs is also proactively reviewing contents related to the merger of administrative units to avoid gaps in operational activities.
